GRAPE HARVEST: from the end of September with hand-picked grapes after careful selection.
WINE-MAKING: prolonged cold maceration of the skins (10 degrees C for 3 days), fermentation in tonneau from lt. 500, fine scum refining for 4 months, use of only native yeasts.
AGING AND REFINING: 4 months in tonneau, 6 months in steel, another 8 months in the bottle.
COLOUR: straw yellow with golden highlights, bright.
BOUQUET: the nose gives off intense scents of ripe fruit, citrus, flowers, herbs, mineral sensations, a light finish of sweet almond.
TASTE: fruity and floral, soft, supported by acidity and flavor.
PERSISTENCE: Long persistence
SERVE WITH: medium-sized first courses, white meats, baked fish and cheeses.
