AVERAGE ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 3,000 bottles.

SOIL: volcanic.

EXPOSURE: South.

WINE-GROWING METHOD: simple guyot rows.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 9 tons.

GRAPE HARVEST: manual, from the end of september onwards.

WINE-MAKING: soft pressing of whole grapes, fermentation at 16 °C.

AGING AND REFINING: steel for 2 months, additional 3 months in bottle.

COLOUR: soft pink.

BOUQUET: fresh, fruity with delicate floral notes.

TASTE: intense, young and persistent.

SERVE WITH: aperitifs, appetizers, first courses of delicate fish.
